Program Overview
The Eating Disorder and Trauma Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a critical intermediate level of care for individuals who require more therapeutic intensity than traditional outpatient services.
Our program delivers active, clinician-directed treatment focused on symptom stabilization, functional improvement, and relapse prevention in a trauma-informed, recovery-oriented environment.
Target Population
- Adults (18+) with primary eating disorder diagnosis
- Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED
- Co-occurring trauma (PTSD), anxiety, or depression
- Medically stable but needing intensive support
Clinical Philosophy
CBT-E
Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy targets the specific mechanisms maintaining an individual’s eating disorder, focusing on thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
DBT Skills
Dialectical Behavior Therapy enhances emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and mindfulness to manage dysregulation.
Trauma-Informed
Emphasizing safety, choice, collaboration, trustworthiness, and empowerment. Somatic and mindfulness-based interventions address physiological effects.
12-Week Thematic Curriculum

The program operates 5 days a week (Mon-Fri) from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
